Terms of Service

1. The seller and these Terms. GLISSA (the "Service", "App", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Antarjyoti Neurosciences ("Company"). By creating an account, downloading the App, or using any part of the Service you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Notice, our Refund Policy, and our Safety & Medical Disclaimer (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & authority. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

3. The Service. GLISSA provides on-device audio-visual content (sound beds, audio sessions, visual entrainment, neuro-acoustic protocols) designed to assist with relaxation and sleep onset in generally healthy adults. The Service is a consumer wellness product — it is not a medical device, it has not been evaluated by any health regulator (FDA, EMA, CDSCO, MHRA, etc.), and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. 4. Account. You must provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts created with false information or used to violate this Agreement.

5. Acceptable use. You will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of any applicable law (including export, sanctions, and intellectual-property laws);
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, scrape, mirror, record, re-encode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, audio assets, signal-processing logic, or visual-entrainment patterns of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content;
• interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or proper operation of the Service (including transmitting malware, probing, automated abuse, denial-of-service, or circumventing rate limits, paywalls, or access controls);
• use the Service if you have a condition for which audio-visual stimulation is contraindicated (e.g. photosensitive epilepsy) without prior medical clearance — see Safety;
• use the Service while driving, cycling, or operating machinery; sessions are designed to induce sleep.

6. Intellectual property. The Service, its software, audio recordings, sound beds, neuro-acoustic protocols, visual patterns, designs, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Antarjyoti Neurosciences or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Antarjyoti Neurosciences a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

8. Payments, subscriptions & auto-renewal. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchases on iOS. Your purchase is governed by the terms of the applicable app store (Google Play Terms of Service or Apple Media Services Terms), which handle billing, taxes, payment methods, renewal, and refund mechanics. The underlying service is provided by Antarjyoti Neurosciences; the app stores act as the merchant of record for the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period through your Google or Apple account until cancelled. The app store will notify you before renewal in accordance with its policies. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

9. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time directly through the app store: on Android via Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → GLISSA → Cancel; on iOS via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → GLISSA → Cancel Subscription. You may also contact us at support@antarjyotineurosciences.com. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

10. Free trial & courtesy sessions. If we offer free sessions or a free trial, you may use them once per person/household. We reserve the right to revoke promotional access if we reasonably suspect abuse.

11. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, repeated violations of this Agreement, abuse of staff, or where required by law. We may also terminate the Service in whole or in part on reasonable notice. On termination your access ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period (see Privacy).

12. No warranty. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTARJYOTI NEUROSCIENCES DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SLEEP, HEALTH, OR WELLBEING OUTCOME. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY.

13. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTARJYOTI NEUROSCIENCES AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SLEEP, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THAT 12-MONTH PERIOD, OR (b) USD 100. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold harmless Antarjyoti Neurosciences, its affiliates, and its personnel from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your misuse of the Service, (c) content you submit, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, internet or telecom failure, power outage, third-party service failure).

16. Governing law & dispute resolution. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 17, the courts at our registered seat in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

17. Arbitration / informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@antarjyotineurosciences.com and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) by a sole arbitrator appointed by Antarjyoti Neurosciences. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the language shall be English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.

18. Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Antarjyoti Neurosciences agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

19. Apple / Google platform terms. If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, additional platform terms apply. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the Service or any claims relating to it; however, they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you.

20. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all our assets.

21. Severability & entire agreement. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Antarjyoti Neurosciences regarding the Service and supersedes all prior communications.

22. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

23. Notices. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your account. Notices to us must be sent to legal@antarjyotineurosciences.com.

24. Grievance Officer (India — IT Rules, 2021). In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer is reachable at grievance@antarjyotineurosciences.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
